A two bedroom fully furnished and equipped apartment with harbour views, one twin and one double bedroom and double sofa bed located in the living room. The main bedroom has en-suite shower room and there is a further family bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The dining area has French doors leading out to the balcony and from here are fantastic harbour views. The living room is furnished in a modern style and has a sofa bed, and additional sofa and there is a colour T.V, DVD and Video player. Outside there is access through the harbour private gate along the Quay side to the main restaurants and shops. There is also secure underground parking and a passenger lift.

The dining area has French doors leading out to the balcony and from here are fantastic harbour views.
