A modern style luxury ground floor apartment with balcony and underground secure parking. The accommodation sleeps 5 people in two double bedrooms, and a sofa bed located in the living room. The master bedroom is furnished in a modern and contemporary style with king size bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom is smaller with a double bed, and fitted wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a white suite and the bath has a shower attachment over the full size bath, hand wash basin and toilet. The luxury fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fitted oven and hob, built in fridge with 3 draw freezer, and dish washer. There is a built in microwave, and provided also a coffee maker. The living room also faces the seafront and has a flat screen TV modern furnishings, sofa bed and two easy chairs, there is also a table and chairs. Door leads out to the balcony with views of the Wester Lawns and Seafront. The owner has provided Sky, Wi-fi, and Blue Ray.
Devonshire Place is located in the heart of Eastbourne. The seafront is a mixture of pebbles and sand. The Winter Gardens, Theatres and Wester Lawns are within walking distance of the apartment. There are some good restaurants and pubs also within walking distance. The South Downs start just along the promenade Take the Dotto train to and from all seafront destinations, no walking required! Or a gentle stroll of an evening along the seafront stopping off at the coffee houses on the way, a glass of wine or beer is a must! Take a walk round the Pier great fun for an evenings entertainment. The town centre and all town amenities are also within walking distance of the apartment.

Additional information about rental rates
- There is a £200 returnable house deposit charged against any damages, access cleaning. This will be returned once the property has been checked. Linen and towels are included. We can organise a house keeper and a food hamper for arrival at an extra charge There is a welcome book on arrival.
- To make a booking we require a £400 booking deposit and six weeks prior to arrival the balance of payment is payable.
