The apartment is located on the ground floor and is furnished to a high standard with magnificent fitted kitchen, wall mounted flat screen colour T.V. luxury bathroom with shower and full size bath and a spacious outside terrace with table and chairs.

Leading from the entrance hall into the apartment. The living room has a sofa bed which is easily managed to a double bed, two matching chairs. There is a wall mounted flat screen T.V. and DVD player, The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has concealed fridge/freezer, dish washer, double oven and electric hob and fitted microwave. From the living room are French doors leading to the spacious terrace with table and chairs, and large pots containing palms for those shady moments. Along the corridor is a fitted walk in laundry cupboard with washer dryer, and the luxury bathroom has a full size bath, and a separate shower cubicle with power shower, hand wash basin and toilet. The bedroom is light and has fitted wardrobe cupboards and a set of fitted draws. The bedroom can either be made as a twin or is linked as a King size bed.

Gresham House is approximately a 5 minute drive from the train station.

There is a £100 returnable house deposit charged. Linen and towels are included.
We require £400 booking deposit and the balance is paid six weeks prior to arrival.
