CORNFIELD ROAD IS A THREE BEDROOM SPACIOUS APARTMENT. IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE TOWN CENTRE OF EASTBOURNE AND DO NOT MIND STAIRS THIS IS FOR YOU.

Stairs from the pavement extend to the first floor landing. The living room is a lovely spacious room with French door leading out to the balcony which faces the town area. In the living room are comfortable seating for six, table and chairs to eat, and colour T.V, and stereo player. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Up a flight of stairs to the three bedrooms and luxury shower room. The bedrooms are made up of a twin and two doubles enabling six people to sleep, and the two doubles have fitted wardrobes.

Because of the situation this is not a holiday for peace and quiet. There is a parking permit that goes with the apartment.

Located within minutes of the town and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to do lots of good restaurants and a super market literally 2 doors away.
